Welcome to the Recall Election Open Thread. Tonight’s contest pits sitting governor Scott Walker against Democratic Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett in what is essentially a referendum of Walker’s budget cuts and elimination of state worker’s collective bargaining rights.
