Let’s do this!!!

Make a top level comment with your weekly fitness goal and then each week you can reply to it and report your progress. Other comments, advice, or encouragement can be made in separate comments so that each of us has a dedicated thread to reporting.

I think that works, but if others have different ideas we can hash it out in the comments. You all let me know and I can update the page text as needed.
