Dance Moms Recap: Just End it Already

Previously on Dance Moms, Melissa went crazy, again, and Chloe forgot her dance. This time, we’re heading to NYC because we’ve been invited to an open audition for the Joffrey Ballet School, which has absolutely no affiliation with the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago or the Joffrey Ballet Academy (other than being started by the same person). Join me after the jump! Continue reading

Our Favorite Occupy Wall Street Protestor

Yesterday Achilles and I spent the day following Occupy Wall Street. At the end of the day, we ran into this guy. This is Jeffery Marx from Brooklyn, New York. He was part of the OWS group that had been staying in Zuccotti Park. We caught him in front of the Brooklyn Bridge talking about Mayor Mike Bloomberg and why he is participating in OWS. #Crasstalk Movie Liveblog

Ok Crasstalkers.  Let’s EDIT:  GET DRUNK AND watch movies together.

We’ll figure out a date, maybe the second week opposite Book Club? and then agree on a movie to rent/stream/torrent/watch/drink/imbibe/partake together and liveblog the fun.

The movie can be artsy or foreign or a classic classic or a modern classic.  Leave your suggestions in the replies and we’ll get this party started.
