When I started college, along with sheets and towels and other things I never had to buy for myself, my mother insisted on getting me a small collection of tools. I didn’t understand why, but she insisted on it anyway.
Now, several years later, my toolbox has expanded dramatically, including all manner of esoteric items that may only have a single purpose. For this article, I wanted to share what I’ve found to be the most useful and indispensable tools and supplies you should keep around your home.
Everyone loves lists and this one has ten great film performances that you should most definitely view before Hollywood decides to make it with an inferior actor.
For those not familiar with the term, “Manic Pixie Dream Girl” is a term coined by film reviewer Nathan Rabin in 2007 for a type of character we all know well.
She is generally petite, attractive, high on life, playful, prone to quirky antics and shenanigans, maybe minor crime that doesn’t hurt no-one, and will inevitably be obsessed with teaching a more straight-laced, brooding male character to “loosen up a little”, “be free”, “be happy” or similar. They probably “meet cute” early in the work, too.

If the rumor mill is to be believed (and in this case, I hope it is!), Kanye West & Jay Z will release Watch The Throne on July 4th. It has the potential to be epic – but at the very least, it will be something to talk about. It’s not, however, something new. Kanye has made a habit of working with different artists; some likely (see: Jay Z, Kid Cudi & Nicki Minaj) and some… not as likely. Let’s take a look at the best of the more unlikely Kanye collaborations (with artists outside of the world of hip-hop).
