I am officially starting The Crasstalk Bad Song Contest. I got this idea from Jerrod’s Awful Songs column. I was also inspired by Dave Barry’s classic “Bad Song” column (yes, I know this makes me an old). This feature generated more mail than anything he ever did To quote “Americans care about song badness.” It’s been about 20 years since the original column. The entertainment world has gifted us with so much bad music during those two decades. It’s time to revisit the contest.

Last week, we had a battle battle for Light Rock supremacy here at Crasstalk. After the dust settled and the weak were vanquished, it was suggested that our next battle involve both kinds of music.
So here you go warriors. Let the battle of the cheesy and terrible begin. Here are a couple to get you started.

Hi gang. So it looks that some of you are still ready to bring on the soft rock pain. However, the other post is so full of videos that it is difficult to load and navigate. To make this easier I am going to open this new thread so people can continue to play. All previous entries and points will be considered in the final judging which will be tomorrow night.
Remember, the rules are simple.
