In a study released by the University of California, San Francisco and published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, researchers found that marijuana users did not suffer any detrimental effects to lung capacity with occasional use. This is contradictory to the established notion that any smoke is going to have a negative impact.
The study notes that more frequent use does have a negative impact and made a somewhat dubious claim that smoking 20 joints a month is considered a lot and would be unusual. Anecdotal evidence suggests this amount is not as unusual as the study authors might believe based on what those surveyed reported. Continue reading

The best selling beer in the US is Bud Light and has been for some time now, but it only got to number one by making the flagship Bud number two and it’s been that way ever since. But due to American’s unquenchable thirst for bland beers that are also light on calories, Coors Light is now the number two beer.
On Sunday a San Francisco man saw a uniformed police officer in a police car whom he was smitten with and attempted to chat her up. The 26 year old man seemingly casually walked up to the patrol car and talked to the two officers in the car making it clear he was interested romantically. The officer told him she was already taken but asked his name. He gave his name and as he was walking away she ran it through the system and found he had a no-bail warrant for rape.

Making videos on YouTube and Skypeing with her boyfriend, that’s where. In this video uploaded to YouTube she talks about how she now has a cell phone and a computer and feels like she finally has ownership of something for the first time in ages.
