This Is What a $110M Penthouse Looks Like

Do you have a spare $110M sitting around? Oh, you mean you’re not a Russian oil baron? Then you can at least take a look at what the new One57 building will have to offer.

157 West 57th Street (New York, New York in case that wasn’t obvious) will provide the buyer with a penthouse that occupies the 89th and 90th floors. The two floors will span 11,000 square feet. Though if 6 bedrooms aren’t enough you might need to look elsewhere. Or you could buy the unit on the 75th and 76th floors and have a small commute to your guest quarters. Though that unit will cost you $105M.

From Central Park it’s the building right behind the Essex House.

Looking out from the above vantage you’ll obviously have an unobstructed view of Central Park. What oligarch would settle for an obstructed view though? Probably whoever is behind this building and used to have a view.

The developer, Extell is the same company that brought you the W Hotel Times Square as well as other buildings in New York, Boston and Chicago. Here Extell took the opportunity to Photoshop in some luxury cars in front of a rendering of the building so that you’ll feel at home.
