PhotoPhriday: Anything Good On Tonight?

Are you watching that? Isn’t there something else on? Mind if I change the channel? Where’s the clicker?

This week, let’s watch each other watch some TV. Because I know that even though you can’t pry yourself away from Crasstalk, not even for a minute, if you’re home there’s a good chance you’ve got the television on in the background. And if it’s not on, turn it on and find something that you like.
Now, snap a pic and show us what you’re watching.

If you’re an exception to the rule:
If you’re one of those people who just never ever watches TV, we don’t believe you. But ok, whatever. So instead, snap a pic of something you’re watching on your computer: a YouTube clip, Netflix streaming, a game. Or just turn on the TV and take a random shot. You get the idea.

If you’re not home because you’ve got one of those things called a “social life,” well, you’re a loser and you can’t play. So go ahead, go out, talk to those people out there in the real world, the ones who can and will actually talk back to you in real time, and see where that lands you. You’ll be back here sooner or later, with the tv on, watching Home Shopping Network, wishing you hadn’t done that. So take a pic of what they’re selling now that it’s 3AM, and post it anyway.

How to Post Pics:
1) If you want to use a pic from your computer, you’ve got to first upload it to the web. Click on either of these links: imgur or tinypic. Follow the directions to upload.
2) After the upload, you’ll see various links for your pic. Copy the direct link; you want the one that ends in .jpg
3) Come back here. Type this exact code (including the brackets and quotation marks) into the “Post A New Comment” box: <img src=“ ” /> and paste your direct link in between the quote marks. There should be a space between img and src (img src), but otherwise, no spaces between anything.
4) It should look like this: <img src=”http//www.yourphotodirectlink.jpg” /> Make sure to include those brackets.
5) If you’re using a photo already on the web: Right click (or ctrl-click on a Mac) on an image and select “View Image” or “Copy Image URL/Location.” Copy-and-paste the URL and use the <img src=“ ”> code above.
