Well Crassballers, sadly it’s that time of year again already, the end of the college football regular schedule. Here are some of the highlights of today’s action.
Top 10 Action
- Alabama(2) at Auburn(24) (3:30pm ET, CBS). As a team the Crimson Tide may outmatch Auburn this year, but the Iron Bowl is such a bitter rivalry that passion and desire often matter as much as talent.
- Virginia Tech(5) at Virginia (3:30pm ET, ABC or ESPN2). The Hokies are pretty heavily favored, but the Cavaliers played spoiler earlier this year against Georgia Tech.
- Stanford(6) vs Notre Dame(22) (8:00pm ET, ABC).
- Boise State(7) at Wyoming (no one cares).
- Oklahoma(9) vs Iowa State (12:00pm ET, FX)
- Oregon(10) at Oregon State (3:30pm ET, ABC or ESPN2).
Other Matches
- Georgia(13) at Georgia Tech(23) (12:00, ESPN). The SEC-East champion Bulldogs try to make it 6 in a row against Tech.
- Michigan(15) vs Ohio State (12:00pm, ABC).
- Tennessee at Kentucky (12:00pm). UT’s 26-game winning streak, currently longest in FBS, is on the line.
- Wisconsin(16) vs Penn State(19) (3:30pm ET). Still can’t think about PSU football.
- Florida State at Florida (7:00pm ET). This is the first meeting between coaches Muschamp and Fisher, and hopefully the start of long streak for FSU.
- South Carolina(12) vs Clemson(17) (7:45pm ET).
- UCLA at USC (10:00pm ET).
