In response to last week’s PhotoPhriday, I think it was LaPetiteMort who mentioned something about wanting more than just pictures of us, so let’s talk.
Head on over to Vocaroo.com, hit the record button and say something. It’s easy. You don’t have to sign up or register for anything, but you’ll need a microphone, either one that’s built into your computer or one you plug in. When you’re done recording, get the url by clicking on the “happy with this recording” button and paste it in the comment box here.
If you don’t have a microphone, use your smartphone to record a message and email it to yourself. Chirbit will let you sign up instantly, and let you upload the audio file and get an url for it.
Can’t think of anything to say? Tell us where you are, what you’re wearing, what you ate for lunch, what you’re doing for the weekend. Give a dramatic delivery of something from the OpenThread, maybe something Skahammer.
Or read this timeless quote I found from Bot’s epic enounter with 4loko: “Ok, at this point I already prayed to the porcelain god. Got sick, booted, straight up yakked in the toilet. Yep, I got sick. Frankly, I’m pretty sure it was just the caffeine that got to me. But HOLY SHIT this 4LOKO stuff is for real. I feel like Charlie Sheen.”
If you’re feeling intimidated, remember that it’s Friday and it’s cocktail time. A drink or two will loosen you up just fine. Three or four will make you absolutely lovable. Five will qualify you as the world’s funniest person and give you something to be ashamed of for weeks to come.
