The Chicago Tribune reports that two Denver men, Robert Young, 43, and Mark Rubinson, 25, spent an August night partying with a deceased friend.
According to Denver District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough, Young found his friend, 43-year-old Jeffery Jarrett, unresponsive at his home. Instead of calling 911, detectives say Young and Rubinson placed Jarrett in the backseat of Rubinson’s SUV and went for a ride.
They left Jarrett in the back seat as they visited several bars and restaurants, and then took him back to his house and put him in his bed. They then went out, hitting more bars and ending their hijinks at a strip club, where they took a $400 cash advance from Jarrett’s credit card. In fact, the entire night was financed on Jarrett’s credit cards. With friends like these, who needs enemas?
