Texas Movie Theater Does The Right Thing

Texas, we might not have seen eye-to-eye in the past, but that is all behind us now.

The Alamo Drafthouse, located in beautiful downtown Austin, has a rule. No talking or texting during movies. I love this rule. The last time I saw a movie in the the-ay-ter I was constantly distracted by the youngs in front of me picking up their phones, turning on the screens, and texting. I almost had to rip one girl’s weave out, it was so bad.

The video below is a possibly drunken complaint message left on the Alamo Drafthouse’s voicemail from a young lady who was ejected from the the-ay-ter for texting. She was warned twice, didn’t stop, and then it was off to the curb for her, just like the trash.
