Last night, during Game one of the Western Conference Semifinals between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Oklahoma City Thunder, Blake Griffin and Russell Westbrook went up for a rebound. The two collided and Griffin inadvertently elbowed Westbrook in the noggin (Westbrook was called for a foul) and the two fell to the ground and then this happened.
I actually thought it was nice that Griffin checked on his opponent and made sure he was ok before getting up instead of taking off right away and letting Westbrook’s teammates come over to check on him.
Anyway – I saw this tweet and thought this picture was ripe for the caption game, which we haven’t played in a while.
