In a Thursday night game against the LA Kings, San Jose Sharks player Ryane Clowe was sitting on the bench when he reached over the wall with his stick and tapped the puck. The illegal move was not caught by officials at the time and after reviewing the play the NHL has decided not to fine Clowe. The reasoning is that if it had been caught during the game it would only have been a minor infraction. Watch the action after the break.
