Word Games: Inky Pinky, Post-Hurricane Edition

Now a tropical storm, Irene’s serene. Yet you’re still stuck at home, so why not play a round of Inky Pinky? Don’t say it’s the same lame game! Have fun; pun! Dark snark and fantastic sarcastic word pairs are fair!

Here are the rules for Inky Pinky:

An “ink pink” is a set of one-syllable words that rhyme, like “fat cat.”
An “inky pinky” is a set of two-syllable words that rhyme, like “copper topper.”
And “inkity pinkity” is for three-syllables, like “pollution solution.”

So, here’s how the game works: Give a clue, and say wether the answer is an “ink pink” “inky pinky” or “inkity pinkity.”

Example: What’s an inky pinky for a shishkabobbed waiter?
Answer: Skewered steward.

Another example: What’s an ink pink for trouble with one’s bride?
Answer: Wife strife.

And another: What’s an inkity pinkity for lying under oath about an operation?
Answer: Surgery perjury.

Get creative, bend grammar, have fun. Like, an inky pinky for pregnant? Answer: Baby, maybe?

Your turn! Be sure to give the number of syllables in your clue.
