Where to get your Blind Items and Gossip fix

If you’re like me and find yourself missing the-site-that-shall-not-be-named for its Daily Gossip Roundup and Blind Items, then you will need a few alternatives. Here, then, are several sites that I have come to rely on for my smut fix. Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments!

Blind Items Exposed — This site is run by four sisters who collect blind items from around the web and invite guests to guess at the subject’s identity. Updates usually occur weekly and are very thorough. A typical post includes a list of celebrities that have been eliminated as the subject of the blind and a list of “top suspects”. Be sure to check out their complete collection of Toothy Tile blind items.

 

Blind Item Rehash — Items are organized by date and include a wider range of blinds than Blind Items Exposed. Guesses are written beside the blind item, and where possible, are linked to “proof” of the subject’s identity.

 

Lainey Gossip — Run by Canadian TV personality Elaine Lui, Lainey gives up the good shit when it comes to famous people’s shenanigans. Recent additions to the site include twice weekly live chats–one about movies and general gossip and the other focused on television.

 

Ted Casablanca — Casablanca has long been the gossip for E! and his blog, The Awful Truth, was among the very first dedicated to celebrity smut. Ted attends press junkets, premieres, and red carpets and posts the resulting interviews on the blog. Blind items are posted on Fridays (with the occasional “bonus blind” occuring randomly). Also of note is his daily column answering reader’s questions about the famous and privileged. Ted is the creator of the legendary Toothy Tile blind.
