QOTD: What embarrassing song do you have a hard time not turning off if it comes up on your iPod shuffle or on the radio?
I’ll be the first to admit it: I have really bad taste in music. Maybe “bad” is a strong word. Maybe I should say “unique.” I have unique taste in music. Yeah, that’s better.
Country, Top 40 pop. I have a playlist called “90s Jamz”. With a Z. My iTunes is embarrassing. But I love it. And it makes me happy.
Maybe you have fond memories associated with this one, like I do:
(This was THE slow dance song the entire time I was in middle school and high school.)
Or maybe you’re like my, uh, friend, who has been known to turn on the Macarena when she’s in a bad mood and does the dance in the basement. (This same friend had the Michael Jackson Thriller dance memorized in college and would do it on command at parties. That is not embarrassing. That is kind of awesome. Luckily there is no photo evidence.)
