Welcome to week 6 of Super Squats! We are entering the home stretch!

I am now at the point of my training where I’m just tired. I get up at 5:30 in the morning twice a week to work out and on the days when I get to “sleep in,” I’m up by 6:15. Then I have to go to work, which on the days when I have to teach is especially exhausting. And since I liked doing fun things, I’ve only come straight home after work twice this week. Yesterday morning during my training session I could have fallen asleep at any point if I stayed still long enough. But there are only two weeks left until my race and my taper begins after this weekend’s long run. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel that has only a short break before I begin training for my first marathon in March.

How was this week for you guys? How do you get yourselves over the hump when you’re so close yet still haven’t reached your goal?
