Super Squats Club: Halfway to Glory

It’s been two long weeks since we’ve engaged each others companies.  Guess, what?  We past the half way mark of our 8 Week Challenge.  Four more weeks until you folks get to see me in my red shorts. My update:

  • To stay on my six day per week exercise program.  I began the 90 day plan on Monday with 2 friends.
  • 1 Coca-cola/day (I drink Coke like you people drink coffee) without rollovers
  • Maintain my 10K training.
  • No eating after 9:30pm

General rule, if I “forgot” to write a post that means that I’ve been a bad bad boy.  I’ve been working out as planned and can happily say that it’s been going pretty well but…there has been a calorie over the past two weeks that I haven’t ingested.  Whatever.  How about you?
