In honor Mother’s Day this weekend, I thought I’d use this space to appreciate one of my favorite women in the world–Amy Poehler. But really, I’d like to take any time I can to appreciate a fantastic woman, you know?
She’s hilarious, beautiful, smart as all get out, charming, she created her own show (one of the best comedies currently on network television), and she did a fantastically raucous Sarah Palin rap 9 months pregnant. I’ll stop here before you guys think I’m getting weird about it, but I could gush endlessly if given the chance. I’ll just finish this by saying that I want to be Amy Poehler when I grow up.
