Below is a list of actions, memorial funds, and bail funds organized by state (and Canadian province) that are seeking donations.
This post will be updated periodically. Please note in the comments if anything is missing or incorrect and please specify the name of the organization and donation link.
Notes:
- Please see this website, which among other things includes a list of petitions and places to donate in the US, Australia, and Canada.
- With a few exceptions, I’ve only included fundraisers by organizations/groups instead of for specific individuals. If you think this list should include fundraisers by and/or for individuals (or for a specific individual), please let me know in the comments.
- I tried to limit this list to organizations and fundraisers that are directly related to the protests, so I didn’t include fundraisers for some organizations that were in the sources. Please let me know in the comments which of those you think they should be in this list (and any other relevant ones).
- Note that some US states/jurisdictions do not have a cash bail system, including:
- Alaska
- District of Columbia
- New Jersey
- Information for Canadian bail funds and other fundraisers are at the end of this post.
- If you can’t afford to donate, stream this video.
