2015 State of the Union Open Thread

President Obama gives his second-to-last State of the Union at 9PM EST tonight.

Among the issues he is expected to address are:

• Wealth inequality, including a tax reform plan.
• Law enforcement reform, in light of recently police brutality cases against black people.
• Cyber-security.
• Paid sick leave.
• A free community college plan.
• A use-of-force resolution against ISIS.

The Republican response will be given by Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), who apparently had some quite interesting proposals.
