Recipe Sunday: Quesadilla

Time to get cooking.

Step 1: Acquire flour tortillas and your preferred meltable cheese from grocery store, or wherever.

Step 2: Grate however much cheese you want. Or just cut off thin pieces, I’m not your boss.

Step 3: Put large skillet on medium-high heat. Put tortilla in pan and allow to warm up for a minute or two.

Step 4: Flip tortilla with a spatula, or with your fingers if you’re not a wimp.

Step 5: Put cheese on half of tortilla and fold tortilla in half. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6: Flip it. Let cook for additional 1-2 minutes.

Step 7: Eat that motherfucker.

Step 8: Drink beer.
