Over 500 protestors have reoccupied Zuccotti Park in Lower Manhattan this evening. At 8:20 pm this evening the OWS General Assembly sent out a text message stating that they had returned to the park and urging others to join them. The move comes on the sixth month anniversary of the protest movement. New York Police Department presence is reportedly heavy.
Our own Achille’s Elbow is on the scene after having marched to the park after today’s Left Forum which was held at Pace University. He has sent us some pictures from the scene and will update us as the evening progresses.
