Remember those millimeter wave full body scanners that everyone was up in arms about? Since the mass hysteria has died down, the machines have been rolled out to most of the nation’s large airports despite the fears of ogling and invasion of privacy. It turns out the doomsayers were right and that the TSA is made up primarily of teenage boys.
At Dallas area Love Field and DFW the people selected for “random” screenings weren’t quite so random and were mostly women the boys in the backroom wanted to see the outlines of. CBS News investigated claims by women that they were selected because they had a “cute figure” as one TSA agent commented to a female being screening.
The TSA says it has updated the software so that the backroom images are now just stick figures. Probably stick figures with boobs though.
