Was Whitney Murdered?!

Nancy Grace seems to think so. In the following video, Grace thinks that Whitney falls into the same category as Anna Nicole Smith and Michael Jackson and that there is more to her death than meets the eye. Nancy wonders who pushed her under the water?! Who prescribed her drugs?!

They even go so far as to insinuate that removing Houston from the bathtub to try and resuscitate her might have been detrimental to the coroner’s exam. WTF?! Sure, they removed her so they could perform CPR to try and save her! Sure, she might have been dead already but that is definitely a natural reaction to finding someone submerged in water.

Granted, Grace probably did not hear about the tip TMZ received. It says that the family was told that the death was a result of a mixture of alcohol and prescription pills. Sure, the toxicology report won’t be done for weeks but I’m guessing the contents of her stomach were more than enough to make this assertion.

Now, when you are as big of a star as Whitney was it is hard to find anyone that will tell you no. Grace seems to think that this means that everyone that allowed her drug consumption to progress unchecked are as much apart of her death as Conrad Murray was in the death of Michael Jackson. This seems like a bit of a slippery slope to me. At what point are people held responsible for their own actions?  I mean, most prescription drugs come with a warning that lets the user know that they should not be taken with alcohol.

Either way, her death is surely tragic and Nancy Grace needs to go away. In other news, Glee should never have let their Mercedes character sing “I Will Always Love You” this past week. Her voice is not nearly strong enough to do it justice. Jennifer Hudson’s version was much better.
