Crasstalkers have an impressive knowledge of, and appreciation for, the movies. A beautiful shot. A perfectly placed song. A well delivered line. It’s those memorable lines that you quote that we are talking about today.
Al little movie called The Princess Bride provided many great one-liners, including the one in the above picture. Some other favorites of mine from the film are:
Vizzini: No more rhymes, now. I mean it.
Fezzik: Anybody want a peanut?
Vizzini: HE DIDN’T FALL? INCONCEIVABLE!
Inigo Montoya: You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
VIzzini: You fell victim to one of the classic blunders – The most famous of which is “never get involved in a land war in Asia” – but only slightly less well-known is this: “Never go against a Sicilian when death is on the line”!
So this is a little Vizzini heavy but there are many great movie lines from this and other movies. What are the ones that you can’t help but blurt out?
