Episode 5 already! We’re nearly halfway through the season. Tonight’s episode is called The Flood. Oh man, I could probably write a post based on wondering what the title means. Check out what to expect on this week’s episode with AMC’s episode 5 teaser. HARRY CRANE MUST DIE!
WARNING: This post will be 100% spoliery. Don’t come in here if you don’t want to be spoiled.

We come to it at last, the great battle of our time.
No, it’s not the battle between Mordor and the world of Men. Rather, it’s the battle between Daniel, Patricia, and Michelle for Fashion Supremacy (or, ten more minutes of relative “fame”).
We finally get to see the collections they’ve designed for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (You have to say “Mercedes-Benz” or it’s not really Fashion Week). I’m sure there will be a lot of hideousness walking that tent (which, as I understand, will be set far away from the rest of Fashion Week, so as not to upset the delicate sensibilities of actual fashion designers). Commence shake down. The final three competed last night, and you know what that means: it’s time to make a video for a RuPaul track! Continue reading
This week, morale is low in Westeros and things get hot in Astapor. Continue reading
Welcome to this week’s post-mortem. Unlike my first assignment with the series premiere, I felt like this episode was filled with a lot of “wows.” We’ll talk about those in a second, but first:

Recently, adult male fans of Hasbro’s “My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic”, (MLP:FIM) colloquially referred to as “Bronies”, and their female equivalents, known as “Pegasisters”, have garnered the interest and attention of the media, or at the very least the internet. As I was reading the various articles about the phenomenon, I found myself fascinated at how the residents of 4Chan, generally agreed upon as the worst people on the internet, had become enthralled by a cartoon about ponies aimed at pre-teen girls.
Several months ago, I set out to answer that question. These are my dispatches from Ponyville. Continue reading
Another Sunday another new episode of Mad Men. Yippee! This week’s episode is called “To Have and to Hold.” I wonder who’s having and who’s holding. Check out AMC’s sneak peak of this week’s episode before tonight’s show to take a guess.
See you in the comments!

Oh, my god. There are TWO more episodes of this? What more can they have these hapless designers do? And last week’s episode was two hours, people. Really, the only good thing about that overlong episode was the elimination of Layana.
Wait–tonight’s episode is also two hours long. Thank the gods that Scandal is a repeat. Continue reading

So here we are with episode 10, which is the season’s Xmas episode (thanks for delaying it Ennn Beee Seee.) This week’s episode synopsis (from wiki): Community Season 4 Episode 10 “Intro to Knots” – Jeff (Joel McHale) organizes a lovely holiday gathering at his apartment but Annie (Alison Brie) secretly invites Professor Cornwallis (recurring guest star Malcolm McDowell), to get in his good graces. When it becomes apparent that Professor Cornwallis intends to give them a bad grade on their joint History paper, the atmosphere quickly deteriorates and the group takes decisive action.
I thought last week’s muppet episode was quite entertaining especially the hallucinogenic berry scene with Brad Pitt wigged Jason Alexander (and the fact Britta was holding.) Apparently, this is one of the episodes done after Chevy Chase’s uncomfortably racist comments and subsequent dismissal from the show. Chevy’s lines were recorded as part of his agreement with the producers. It’s Merry Xmas, Community fans. Continue reading
