Colorado Legislator Connects Fried Chicken to Black Race Demise, Old Stereotype Still Has Pulse

Oh, that’s just what we all need. A Republican (naturally) Colorado state senator who praises all that scrumptious, finger lickin good barbecue and chicken but only to the extent that it kills the black race. What a pity that all those dangblasted grease eaters are taken out by luscious, innocuous Hallelujah chicken that’s completely safe when put in the hands of white people! And if it isn’t the sickle-cell anemia and diaUHBEETUS sent to reduce the black race to rubble, just like racist spirit guide and bigoted butter-rich cage fighter, Paula Deen, would say, then apparently it’s the chicken.

Sen. Vicki Marble-brain, (R-Doofusville) during a meeting of the state’s Economic Opportunity Poverty Reduction Task Force decided that the reason there’s high poverty among certain minority groups is because of all the chicken they consume. Cue Chick-Fil-A’s discriminatory stupid dancing cow branding machine.

When you look at life expectancy, there are problems in the black race: sickle-cell anemia is something that comes up, diabetes is something that’s prevalent in the genetic makeup and you just can’t help it… Although I’ve got to say, I’ve never had better barbecue and better chicken and ate better in my life than when you go down south and you – I mean love it and everybody loves it. The Mexican diet in Mexico with all of the fresh vegetables. And you go down there and they’re much thinner than when they come up here… they change their diet.

Don’t you just love when science comes into play when Republicans speak? Oh, Vicki, do tell about the genetic makeup of all proposed diabetes-having black people in this country. All black people everywhere just take one whiff of that orgasmic fried chicken flesh and BAM! instant diabetes and kidney transplants for everyone! But more than that, there’s also addiction that you speak of during the audio of your whole racist meltdown. Addiction to….chicken. What would you call a chicken addict? No, wait, don’t tell us. Please.

Have you any thoughts at all on how to actually do what you’ve been tasked to do and discuss ways in which poverty may be reduced in your state, or are you too busy disparaging an entire race of people and just making up patent bullshit about another ethnicity based on watching a few new “Cantina Bell” Taco Bell commercials? You know, “All the fresh vegetables! Doritos Locos Tacos! NOM! NOM! Skinny Mexicans! Here look, hon, let’s get our hair braided in Cancun!”

The real point here is that there has to be a way to discuss racial disparity when it comes to gaps in income and health without this kind of racist-tinged negligence, gross insensitivity and obtuse response. Yes, there are needs and challenges in minority prolific communities, but an all-inclusive approach to the discussion is required, and not the cherry picking of one erroneous source for the end all-be all reason for those gaps.

Vicki, remove head from beer can’s residence and come up with some better ideas.
