On AT&T open the phone application, dial *639# (*NEW#) and press send.
On Verizon open the phone application, dial #874 (#UPG) and press send.
On Sprint open the text message application, text the word “upgrade” to 1311.
On T-Mobile open My T-Mobile site and log in.
